    I love Burgerville... really missed it when I was far away in Michigan. The food is made after you place your order so you might have to wait longer than usual for a fast food joint. But it's worth the wait. The food tastes REAL. The seasonal shakes are amazing and now they have vegan shakes with coconut milk. 5os style diner is fun but it's the food I love. The fish is amazing.

    I have to say that the management has trained an A1 support staff. The store opened today. I used drive through. I was more than pleased with the speed and service I was provided. As a matter of fact the new Independence store was faster than a Salem store. Great job great food and I will be back.

    Great place. Fine food. Wonderful people. Prompt service. Clean dining area. Burger patty was a little dry. Shakes are wonderful! Fries are crisp, just the way I like them!

    Grew up eating Burgerville and knew what it was before McDonald's. My absolute favorite burgers of all time! Still the same as I remember them as a kid. Was so happy to eat here again! Delicious! Highly recommend!

    I always enjoy eating at Burgerville but it's more than just the food for me. I always rate places on the process (experience), the people and the food. The food was good, the people were really friendly but the process of ordering was not great. I would HIGHLY suggest more training for the cashiers. I won't go into detail but training is very much needed.
